Brian: Just wanted to send you a quick note and tell you how much my family enjoyed last weekend's snow trip to Northstar—we had a blast! I was so focused on getting my kids off the bus and moving all our bags that I didn't pull you aside to thank you. You all run an EXTREMELY professional, well-organized trip and even with difficult road and weather conditions, you and your staff still got us back safely and quickly. I also wanted you to know that I appreciated the special attention you gave to our family—my wife and kids have never been up to the snow before, so this was definitely an "adventure" for them. But Maria commented that it felt like such a "worry-free" trip because of the professionalism and organization of the Bay Area Ski Bus staff.
