Deposit of $1000 is required to hold spot.

The following Cancellation policies apply:
- within 90 days of the trip will forfeit $500
- within 60 days of trip will forfeit $1000.
- within 30 days of trip will forfeit $2000.
- within 15 days will forfeit All monies paid.
Airline tickets and a complete trip itinerary will mailed to you prior to departure.
Lift tickets, coupons and misc. goodies will be distributed on Sunday night at the hotel.
Solo registrants wanting double occupancy will room with another of same gender.
